　　TS008O型全自动绕线机全自动绕线机最高线速度可达1000m/min， 且其卷绕和导纱分别由两台步进电机控制， 通过调节可以满足各种纱线和线型的要求，具有精确的线长控制系统，可以精确控制线长，且其电子上油系统和电子张 力清纱装置，可与卷绕参数匹配，减少了线之间的摩擦力和静电，稳定线的张力，保证产品质量的均匀稳定，通过 自动落管、自动夹管、自动插尾线和自动纱线夹紧等功能，可实现了完全自动化生产。

　　TS008O Automatic Sewing Thread Winder can reach max.1000m/min production speed.The winding and traverse parts are independently controlled by two stepper motors to provide variable winding ratio for different thread shaping.The set is integrated with digital yarn length measuring system， electronic oiling device， tension controlling system， automatic doffing function， which enables a fully,automatic production of thread package winding process.
